ReROOT is an EU based project made up of twelve partner institutions. Of these twelve partners, MolenGeek and KU Leuven are responsible for this website. This privacy policy will explain how ReROOT uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

What data do we collect?
ReROOT collects the following data:

You directly provide ReROOT with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

ReROOT securely stores your data at a designated server so that all information is encrypted when it reaches the server to DigitalOcean.
ReROOT will keep your data for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the database on the server.
