Spring has arrived at Nordmarkt. It’s a colorful scene with lively activity—children, action stands, and colorful posters. But why are there so many empty chairs? It’s a serious issue: in Nordstadt, there is a shortage of 400 elementary school places as well as childcare centers and pediatricians.
